WARRANTY

Fastchronos  is honored to have the opportunity to serve you. That is why we stand by all of our products with a full 18-month limited warranty. If an item we sell you should fail as a result of a manufacturer’s defect at any time during the first 18 months, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to you.

If your watch has any symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. If it is determined by Fastchronos  that a repair under warranty is required one of our trained watch professionals will direct you on how to safely and efficiently ship the watch to us.

  • Regular wear-and-tear from normal use.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
  • Defects caused by outside force or improper use. Consequential and incidental damages.
  • The loss of precious, semi-precious stones from settings.
  • Outside modifications and third party repair attempts of any kind will void the warranty.
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
  • Watches that are labeled as water resistant feature a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing watertight. Water damage is not covered under the warranty unless it is proven defective by the Fastchronos  Repair and Service Center.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Fastchronos  is pleased to offer fully insured second day air shipping free of charge on all domestic orders and economical international shipment around the World.

SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING POLICY:

All watches labeled as Special Order will be shipped in 2-5 business days from order date. Because these are items specially ordered from our supplier to fulfill the order, there is a slight delay compared to our regular, in-stock inventory.

SHIPMENT TIMING:

All watches listed on our website for purchase are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received prior to 4pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Owning all of our inventory at our beautiful showroom in Buckhead, Atlanta; allows us to offer this premium service to our customers.

PRE-SHIPMENT PROCESS:

Each watch is pulled from our showcase, and verified against the listing on the website. The box and papers for the timepiece are added to the package to match the description in our website listing.The watch then goes to our expert team of watchmakers where it undergoes as series of tests using state-of- the-art equipment. The watchmaking team runs this final stage of testing to ensure the proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy and water-resistance (when applicable).

SHIPMENT PROCESS:

Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by UPS or Fedex. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.

SHIPPING TERMS:

All Fastchronos shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pick up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We are proud to offer shipping to over 60 countries around the world. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.

SALES TAX:

Fastchronos is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to certain State addresses in accordance with local laws.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:

Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which do not go to Fastchronos . In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny the delivery of your package; we have no control over this, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening by shipping with reliable international carriers like UPS and FedEx.
